Project: HCA (Hospital Corporation of America) selected the architectural and environmental expertise of Gobbell Hays Partners to serve as the Architect of Record for an extensive HVAC upgrade and renovation project in Plantation, Florida.
Details Include:
• Coordinating all team consultants and management of project design team
• Specification of ICRA plan and monitoring of demolition and cleanliness during construction
• Replacement of the entire HVAC system for the patient tower
• Incorporation of new finishes throughout the patient tower and in other areas to modernize the look and feel of the interiors
• Integration of new building infill panels where obsolete louvers have been removed
• Facilitation of the installation of new chiller and cooling tower units
