Gobbell Hays Partners worked with Brice Construction to deliver a Geropsychiatric facility for Citizens Baptist Health System. This project was delivered as Project Manager at Risk.
The process included a complete life safety upgrade for the entire floor, a new sprinkler system and upgraded fire alarm system. The 11,000 SF Geropsych component included reworking existing patient rooms into rooms equipped with tamper resistant lighting, plumbing and finishes.
GHP worked with the State of Alabama Health Department to deliver a safe project.
